Does one make this Beracha every time they se it or only when they see it?
The Gemara in Chaggiga says, "That one who stares at a rainbow displays disrespect for Hash-m".
it's grate to have such teacher !
Why should that be "disrespect" it's made by HKBH and we respect his work !
Please Rabbi, tell us something about it !
do not stare at a rainbow, just say Beracha and thank Hashem for making such beautiful think
